Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced Warehouse Track Lead to drive a 12-month OneERP rollout focused on D365FO Warehouse Management and Inventory Management. The role requires deep WMS expertise and hands-on experience with ERP integrations across procurement, production and quality modules.

The position is hybrid, with start ASAP and a contract duration of 12 months. The candidate should have extensive experience in SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live activities, and global ERP transformations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Warehouse/WMS operations or ERP implementations.
• Strong D365FO Warehouse Management & Inventory Management knowledge.
• Experience across Goods Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Cycle Counting & 3PL.
• Understanding of mobile warehouse execution / barcode scanning.
• Experience with Procurement, Production & Quality Management integration.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
• Previous experience in global ERP transformation / D365FO rollouts preferred.
• Zebra devices / warehouse applications experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the D365FO Warehouse Management rollout and drive the warehouse transformation.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, cutover and go-live activities to ensure smooth deployment.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Collaborate with procurement, production and quality teams to align processes.
