Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a GMP-focused production support specialist to help keep oral production moving. You will address deviations, solve problems on the shop floor, and document practice changes with a pragmatic, quality-first mindset.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Production and QA, strong multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Danish language skills are preferred or a willingness to work in a Danish-speaking setting.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry).
• Hands-on GMP production support experience or strong motivation to develop in GMP production.
• Understanding of documentation, deviation handling, quality requirements & compliant work.
• Ability to handle several tasks in parallel while maintaining quality and momentum.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach with stakeholder engagement and task follow-through.
• Comfort speaking with shop-floor colleagues to gather information for problem solving.
• Pragmatic quality mindset: know when to investigate deeply vs. apply practical solutions.
• Fluency in Danish or ability to work effectively in a Danish-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and maintain stable flow across oral manufacturing processes.
• Handle deviations, problem solving, and GMP documentation.
• Work with instructions, logbooks, local processes, and practical improvements for robustness.
• Take ownership of defined tasks and move them toward deadlines.
• Prioritize between ongoing tasks without compromising quality or compliance.
• Go close to production lines to understand issues and gather input.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and other support functions to agree on next steps.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, clarify, or improve processes without adding work.
• Contribute to campaign preparation and process support as knowledge grows.
