Job summary

Seaway7 is seeking an WTG and O&M Lead (Technical Sales Engineer - WTG) to support business development, tendering, and project development in offshore wind transportation, installation, and O&M services.

You will act as a technical focal point for stakeholders during tender phases, translating capabilities into competitive, executable offshore wind solutions and working closely with engineering, vessel, and commercial teams to shape winning bids.

Qualifications

Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial solutions.
Experience supporting tendering and project development in offshore wind.
Understanding of WTG T&I and O&M concepts and vessel strategies.
Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to assess technical risks and opportunities in bids.

Responsibilities

Support development of technical solutions for WTG T&I and O&M opportunities.
Contribute to technical and operational assessments of project opportunities.
Support development of execution methodologies, vessel strategies and installation concepts.
Provide input to cost estimates, productivity assumptions and schedule development.
Evaluate vessel capabilities and offshore execution approaches for opportunities.
Support technical clarification meetings with clients and OEMs.
Collaborate with engineering, project, vessel and commercial teams.
Identify risks, opportunities and differentiators in tender development.
Monitor turbine technology and O&M strategies.
