Job summary

RWE Renewables Denmark A/S is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage day-to-day and weekly maintenance at Thor Offshore Wind Farm and its offshore substations. You will coordinate work planning, provide remote technical support, and collaborate with offshore technicians, the control room, engineering teams, and site management.

The role requires offshore wind operations experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in SAP PM, with Danish and English fluency and offshore

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or equivalent technical qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Significant offshore wind operations experience coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine troubleshooting and fault-finding.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and SAP PM.
• Knowledge of Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) and safety certifications are advantageous.
• Fluency in Danish and English; offshore medical fitness and relevant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day and weekly maintenance activities across Thor Offshore Wind Farm and substations.
• Ensure activities follow health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Provide remote technical support to offshore technicians during maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Plan and monitor personnel transfers to/from site using CTVs and helicopters.
• Create and manage digital work orders and maintenance documentation in SAP PM.
