RWE is building Denmark's largest offshore wind farm. Thor Offshore Wind Farm will be located 22 kilometres off the coast of Thorsminde and will have a total capacity of more than 1 GW. Once fully operational, the wind farm will generate enough renewable electricity to power more than one million Danish households.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day maintenance activities of Thor Offshore Wind Farm and its associated offshore substations. Working closely with offshore technicians, the control room, engineering teams, the warehouse coordinator, and site management, you will help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations while supporting the delivery of maintenance plans and operational targets.
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be a key member of the offshore operations team, overseeing work planning, worksite preparation, troubleshooting support, and personnel logistics. You will also play an important role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards while supporting the development and authorization of offshore personnel. The position operates on a one-week-on, one-week-off shift rotation, with accommodation provided when required.

With a planned capacity of more than 1 GW and 72 Siemens Gamesa SG 14-236 DD offshore wind turbines, it is being developed as Denmark’s largest offshore wind farm to date. Once fully operational in 2027, Thor is expected to generate green electricity equivalent to the annual consumption of more than one million Danish households.
