Job summary

RWE Renewables Denmark A/S is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day maintenance at Thor Offshore Wind Farm, located about 22 kilometres off Thorsminde. You will coordinate activities across offshore substations, work with offshore technicians, the control room, and site management to ensure safe, efficient operations and delivery of maintenance plans.

Qualifications

Completed vocational training or equivalent technical qualification.
Significant offshore wind operations and maintenance experience including coordinating maintenance activities.
Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine troubleshooting and fault-finding.
Experience with maintenance management systems and SAP PM.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day and weekly maintenance across Thor Offshore Wind Farm and offshore substations.
Provide remote technical support to offshore technicians during maintenance and troubleshooting.
Plan and monitor personnel transfers to and from site using CTVs and helicopters.
Create, allocate and archive digital work orders and maintenance documentation in SAP PM.
Prepare RAMS for maintenance activities and verify contractor compliance.
Implement Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) and oversee safe work on site.
Support onboarding, training and authorization of offshore wind turbine technicians.
