Vestas is seeking a senior Team Lead for the Service Campaign Stockkeepers within the NCE Service Supply Chain Operations Offshore. You will lead offshore materials handling, ensure safe, efficient warehouse activity, and maintain accurate SAP records across harbor warehouses in North and Central Europe.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, training, and continuous improvement, with a long-term contract and opportunities for professional development in an international wind-energy environment.

Formación

• Apprenticeship and/or degree in warehouse management or logistics.
• Wind industry warehouse experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of customs procedures can earn points.
• Proficient with SharePoint, MS Office, TMS and SAP/AX ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
• Strong time management, planning and scheduling skills.
• Ability to adhere to local laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the stockkeeper team for offshore operations.
• Conduct regular team briefings and toolbox talks, ensuring safety standards.
• Maintain accurate SAP inventory records and participate in project meetings for alignment.
• Coordinate with other team leads to manage harbor warehouses and offshore operations.
• Support planned and unplanned service events to meet expectations.
• Lead incident reporting and drive safety improvements and process adherence.
• Own training matrix and organize port-specific requirements for stockkeepers in NCE.
• Assist audits and inspections.
