Qualifications

• An engineering degree with extensive technical experience in equipment development or asset management in offshore wind or heavy industry.
• Proven track record owning lifecycle aspects of complex engineered equipment.
• Strong ability to translate operator needs into technical requirements and validation criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and proactive, solution-oriented communication.

Responsibilities

• Own traverse equipment lifecycle, ensuring performance, reliability, safety, and value across a global fleet.
• Develop and maintain the traverse equipment roadmap and prioritized backlog, incl. tech development and investments.
• Monitor fleet performance, analyze incidents, and drive corrective actions and risk mitigation.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization across equipment engineering and operations.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and suppliers to meet offshore wind project needs.
