Qualifications

• Commercial knowledge related to KPI’s, SGRE processes, reporting and value flows.
• Experience in Project Cost and Warranty calculation is preferred.
• Experience in project team management and working with different international stakeholders within an intercultural working environment.
• Teamwork and intercultural experience, strong communication skills.
• Fluent English is essential; German and/or any other languages are welcome.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Important capabilities: self-determination, take own-initiative, business competence, communication skills, create network built on trust, analytical skills, result and quality orientation, customer focus, ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Offer sales calculation for international investment projects with contract volume of 300–3000 Million EUR.
• Cost comparison and explanation of deltas across project scopes and phases.
• Ensure timely calculation completeness and adherence to cost approval process.
• Support cash flow planning and hedging cost evaluations for project currency baskets.
• Provide transparency on pre-agreed cost improvement measures for approvals.
• Identify main cost drivers and KPIs to improve cost transparency and competitive solutions.
• Lead Target Costing execution with benchmarks and KPI-based analysis.
• Lead yearly cost update validation across departments and share knowledge and tools.
