Job summary

RWE Renewables Denmark A/S is seeking an experienced electrician/automation technician for full-time, permanent work. The role focuses on maintenance and troubleshooting of HV systems in substations located onshore and offshore, supporting construction and a smooth transition to production.

Base is Thorsminde with a 1 week on/off rotation; accommodation is provided if required. The role emphasizes safety, RAMS, and collaboration with the HV management team.

Qualifications

• HV maintenance experience with high-voltage assets.
• Offshore work experience and valid certifications (GWO, HUET).
• Knowledge of protection systems, SCADA, and automation.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with digital tools.
• Fluent English and proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HV equipment offshore and onshore substations.
• Support commissioning tasks during construction phase with electrical safety focus.
• Plan and execute HV switching operations and RAMS documentation.
• Ensure incident-free safety culture and accurate reporting (SAP).
• Coordinate HV service activities and offshore logistics.
• Assist with control room tasks and alarm handling for HV assets.
