Lunar is building a Nordic challenger bank with AI at its core. We are seeking an ODD Team Lead to manage ownership structures, source of funds, and risk indicators within our onboarding operations. You will lead a team of specialists, focus on people management, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality output.

You will report to the Director of FCP Operations and collaborate across Onboarding. Danish and English fluency is required, with Swedish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in an operational KYC/AML-adjacent function.
• Strong people skills; ability to mentor and develop others.
• Solid working knowledge of ODD/EDD practices and regulatory logic.
• Fluent in Danish and English; Swedish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the ODD specialist team day-to-day, managing workload and SLAs.
• Own formal performance management: reviews, feedback, handling underperformance.
• Track SLA and quality metrics to catch drift early.
• Escalation point for complex cases; ensure consistent ODD policy application.
• Represent ODD in the FCP/Onboarding leadership forum and raise risks.
