Job summary

Ramboll invites you to join its Energy division, Asset Management, as an O&M Engineer responsible for delivering smaller O&M projects and supporting larger EPC/consultancy assignments. You will collaborate with teams in Denmark and India on wind, PtX, power generation, and other assets to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You should have 2-5 years of relevant energy/industrial experience and a degree in mechanical, electrical or marine engineering; RAM/RCM/FMECA and CMMS experience are valued, with

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical, electrical, marine or another relevant engineering discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the energy or industrial sector.
• Solid understanding of operations, maintenance or asset management principles.
• Interest in RAM, RCM, FMECA, RBI, failure analysis and maintenance optimisation.
• Analytical and structured approach to technical information and data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller O&M projects - define scope of work, provide input to resource plan and time schedules.
• Support O&M workstreams on larger multidisciplinary EPC and consultancy projects.
• Develop and improve operations and maintenance philosophies and strategies.
• Develop and review operational and maintenance procedures.
• Perform RAM, RBI, FMECA and RCM analyses.
• Provide O&M engineering expertise in optimization and standardization of maintenance strategies and activities.
• Implement O&M data in client CMMS and asset management systems.
• Collaborate with clients and technical specialists across disciplines and locations.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and partners.
