Job summary

Ramboll seeks an experienced Lead O&M and Asset Management Engineer to drive operational readiness for EPC projects and lead asset management assignments. You will contribute to risk-based maintenance and lifecycle strategies while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Denmark and India.

The role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and a solid background in O&M engineering within energy or processing sectors.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical, electrical, marine or related engineering.
• At least 7 years in O&M Engineering, Asset Management or related fields.
• Experience on energy/industrial sector projects.
• Knowledge of RAM, MTBF, FMECA, RCM and P-F interval.
• Experience with CMMS and Asset Management systems.
• English and Danish or another Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager or Technical Lead on Asset Management projects.
• Operational Readiness Lead on EPC and major capital projects.
• Lead O&M and Asset Management assignments from scope to delivery.
• Ensure operational, maintenance and lifecycle requirements are included in engineering and design.
• Develop maintenance philosophies, strategies and programmes.
• Define scopes of work and provide input to resource plans, budgets and schedules.
• Lead RAM, RBI, FMECA, RCM analyses and related studies.
• Optimise and standardise maintenance strategies and activities.
• Support asset investment and lifecycle strategies based on risk and cost.
• Structure and implement O&M data in CMMS and Asset Management systems.
• Provide technical leadership, quality assurance and guidance to project teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and effective communication with clients and teams.
• Contribute to proposals and the continued development of services.
