Job summary

Ramboll's Energy division – Asset Management Department seeks a Lead O&M and Asset Management Engineer. You will join a growing team delivering brownfield and greenfield projects across wind, power-to-X, and process industries, combining O&M engineering with asset management leadership and client engagement.

You will define scopes, lead RAM/RBI analyses, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure lifecycle requirements are embedded in design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in O&M Engineering, Asset Management, maintenance, reliability or Operational Readiness.
• Experience on energy, process or industrial projects.
• Broad multidisciplinary knowledge of technical systems and their operation/maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles (RAM, MTBF, RCM, FMECA).
• Experience developing maintenance strategies and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management projects and provide technical leadership to project teams.
• Act as Operational Readiness Lead on EPC and major capital projects.
• Define scopes, input to resource plans, budgets and schedules.
• Perform RAM, RBI, FMECA, RCM analyses and related studies.
• Develop and standardise maintenance strategies and lifecycle plans.
• Structure O&M data in CMMS and Asset Management information systems.
• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder communications.
