Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an O&M Engineer to join the Energy division's Asset Management Department in Denmark. You will contribute to ongoing O&M projects and gradually take responsibility for smaller projects while collaborating with experienced teams across Denmark and India on wind, PtX, power generation and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Holds a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical, electrical, marine or related engineering field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in energy or industrial sectors.
• Solid understanding of operations, maintenance or asset management principles; ability to develop RAM/RCM/FMECA/RBI analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller O&M projects and define scope, resources and timelines.
• Support O&M workstreams on larger EPC/consultancy projects.
• Develop and review operations and maintenance philosophies and procedures.
• Perform RAM, RBI, FMECA and RCM analyses.
• Contribute to optimization and standardization of maintenance strategies.
• Integrate O&M data into CMMS and asset management systems.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams across locations.
