Qualifications

• Proven experience within management consulting, strategy, financial services, payments or fintech.
• Proven ability to lead projects and workstreams involving senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project teams in fast-paced environments.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and support business development efforts.
• Passion for payments, digital commerce, financial services and emerging technologies.
• A collaborative leadership style and commitment to coaching and developing colleagues.
• Degree from a leading university or business school.
• Professional proficiency in English and Danish

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements and manage workstreams from problem definition through recommendations and implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across financial institutions, fintechs and merchants.
• Structure complex business problems and translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations.
• Manage and develop graduates, analysts and consultants with high-quality client deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, sales, risk, innovation and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support proposal development, thought leadership and practice growth activities.
• Contribute to the growth and development of Visa Consulting & Analytics in the Nordics and Baltics.
