Job summary

Postman is seeking a Corporate Solutions Engineer to support our growing corporate customers. You will partner with the corporate sales team to promote an API-first development culture, nurture relationships, and guide Postman users in leveraging our platform to build their APIs effectively.

You should have 4+ years in corporate sales/solutions engineering, 3+ years of software development, and 3+ API/data platform experiences. A Bachelor's in CS and willingness to travel up to 25% are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate sales/solutions engineering.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ API and data platform experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by nurturing prospects and supporting corporate customers.
• Conduct discovery, demos, and value workshops with prospects.
• Address questions and provide solutions or workarounds.
• Create reusable collateral to promote API-first practices with Postman.
• Analyze customer workflows and promote API-first development.
• Share feedback with teams and advocate for customers.
• Stay updated on API market trends and competition.
• Build proof-of-concept integrations and sandbox environments.
• Serve as a technical bridge between sales and product/engineering.
