Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead Denmark and Nordic marketing initiatives, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution. This role collaborates with Sales, BU leaders, and regional teams to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen brand positioning across Denmark and the Nordic cluster.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in B2B technology marketing, proven plans, strong event and campaign management, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing or field marketing.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets and related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing large-scale customer events and executive engagement programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the Nordic cluster and Denmark.
• Define and execute annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing plans.
• Partner with Sales leadership and BU teams to drive demand generation and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing programs including events, executive briefings, partner activities, and digital campaigns.
• Act as the primary marketing lead for Denmark, ensuring local relevance and execution excellence.
• Drive flagship events such as Innovation Days and customer forums.
• Measure campaign performance and ROI for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage best practices and assets.
