Qualifications

• Senior B2B enterprise sales experience (one-off & subscriptions).
• Lead commercial functions across Europe; startup/launch context.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, proactive and people-oriented.
• International experience preferred; strong HR/enterprise network preferred.
• Comfortable with commission + equity (not salaried).
