Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Experience in marketing, activation, customer marketing, or sales with a strong commercial mindset.
• FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis to drive decisions.
• Experience with Nielsen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own regional brand performance, market-share development, brand activation, assortment and pricing.
• Develop and follow up on annual activation and business plans with local markets.
• Translate brand strategies into in-market activation plans that drive commercial results.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Marketing to align priorities and improve productivity.
• Lead brand and innovation launches from planning through activation and measurement.
• Manage assortment and pricing, including phase-in/phase-out and new opportunities.
• Capture consumer and customer insights and translate into actionable recommendations.
