Job summary

EG A/S in Aarhus is seeking a high‑velocity, data‑driven BDR to own pipeline generation for our Nordic SMB business. You will lead programmatic outbound sequences across multiple channels using Apollo, Claude, and Salesforce, with a focus on owning the numbers from day one.

You’ll split time between inbound qualification and outbound prospecting, building scalable cadences and collaborating with Account Executives and RevOps to drive growth in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/ SDR or inside sales role in B2B SaaS or tech.
• You use AI to sharpen prospecting and automate busywork.
• Hands-on experience with outbound cadences using Apollo, Salesloft or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and run high‑quality multi‑channel outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Drive high‑volume cold calling as a core part of the pipeline rhythm.
• Own inbound qualification to a sub‑10‑minute speed‑to‑lead benchmark.
• Book qualified discovery meetings and meet or exceed pipeline KPIs.
• Use AI‑assisted workflows to prospect smarter and faster.
• Refine cadences with Account Executives and RevOps to sharpen targeting.
