Food Folk Nordic Development is seeking an Architectural Technologist & Project Coordinator to support Nordic restaurant development, remodeling projects, and sustainability initiatives. You will craft technical drawings, optimize layouts, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver practical, cost-efficient solutions.

The role focuses on translating restaurant operations into buildable designs, ensuring compliance with standards while driving improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology, Building Design, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and producing technical drawings.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain technical drawings for restaurants using ArchiCAD.
• Develop layout proposals for remodels and operational improvements.
• Translate operational requirements into optimal spatial and functional solutions.
• Evaluate existing layouts to improve efficiency and customer flow.
• Coordinate drawing packages with consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Identify opportunities to improve restaurant layouts and functionality.
• Support sustainability, energy and equipment initiatives.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and deliverables.
