Job summary

Maersk is seeking an LCL Operations Agent to coordinate export and import shipments from booking through delivery. You will ensure operational excellence, manage exceptions, and uphold financial integrity across the shipment lifecycle.

The role requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with data handling skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end LCL export and import shipments.
• Oversee booking execution, documentation and cargo movements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, KPIs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies and exceptions.
• Maintain accurate updates in CargoWise and other systems.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
