Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a Nordic Quality Manager to drive the Integrated Management System across the Nordic region and act as a trusted advisor to the business. The role focuses on quality, environment, and information security, with travel across the Nordics.

You will collaborate with leaders and teams, delivering training and supporting governance initiatives to raise standards and impact customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ISO management systems, preferably ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 27001.
• Knowledge of quality management, information security, sustainability, or related disciplines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
• A structured and proactive approach.
• Experience managing projects or driving organizational improvements.
• Professional English skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of the IMS strategy across the Nordic region.
• Maintain and improve processes, policies, and tools related to quality management, environmental management, and information security.
• Lead internal and external audits within ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
• Support governance initiatives and reporting activities.
• Deliver engaging training and awareness activities across the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor and collaborate with external stakeholders, certification bodies, customers, and internal teams across the Nordics.
• Travel to Konica Minolta offices across the Nordics 10-15 days per year.
