Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive performance across its Nordic portfolio. You will partner with Brand Directors and the Nordic Finance Director to challenge assumptions, deliver robust financial analysis, and shape strategic decisions.

You will own the financial plan, forecast accuracy, and ROI-focused investments, translating complex data into clear actions for senior leadership. Fluent English and strong Excel/SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing growth and profitability.
• Autonomy and comfort in ambiguity within a complex, international matrix.
• Experience delivering executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across Nordic brand clusters and ensure delivery of growth and profitability targets.
• Partner with Brand Directors and Commercial leadership to challenge assumptions and shape decisions.
• Lead financial planning cycles (budget, forecast, long-range plans) with alignment to strategy.
• Deliver forward-looking analyses identifying risks and opportunities and translate insights into actions.
• Prepare executive-level materials and reports to support decision-making and ROI-focused investments.
