Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Denmark (Nordic Finance) seeks a Finance Analyst to support multiple Nordic entities, collaborating with global finance teams and contributing to accurate reporting, compliance, and business performance analysis. The role offers flexible on-site and hybrid options.

You will work on month-, quarter-, and year-end closings under US GAAP and local statutory requirements, drive insights for business decisions, and participate in finance transformation projects, with exposure to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of Finance or Accounting experience in international/manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Danish and Norwegian accounting principles and statutory reporting.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Experience in a global business environment valued.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Controller across Nordic entities including Denmark.
• Assist month-, quarter-, and year-end closings per US GAAP and local rules.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting to US Corporate.
• Assist external audits with required docs.
• Contribute to financial statement reviews and statutory reporting.
• Support tax compliance incl. corporate tax and VAT.
• Coordinate with HR/Payroll for payroll accounting.
• Monitor SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights to aid decisions.
• Participate in finance transformation projects.
