Job summary

Cellnex Denmark seeks a Cluster Head of Deployment to lead Deployment and Customer Network Engineering across Denmark and Sweden. You will steer a multidisciplinary team, drive projects from design to delivery and ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

You will also support sales and collaborate with operations, service assurance and finance to optimise performance and capacity across the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• Education: relevant higher education in telecommunications, engineering or related field.
• Experience leading deployment, network upgrades and site construction.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, DAS, Small Cells and mobile networks.
• Experience with supplier contracts, budgets and performance tracking.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, finance and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall responsibility for Deployment and Customer Network Engineering in Denmark and Sweden.
• Provide people leadership across Denmark and Sweden, including performance management and resource planning.
• Own department budget and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Deliver technical solutions within DAS, Small Cells and other telecom infra.
• Lead projects from design to implementation and optimisation.
• Support sales with technical and commercial proposals and cost calculations.
• Evaluate solutions against customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain dialogue with customers’ technical teams to drive satisfaction and growth.
• Manage construction and modification of sites within timescales and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Select and manage external suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring quality and safety.
