Job summary

Systematic Aarhus seeks a Project & People Manager in Defence Services to lead deployments of SitaWare and Iris across the Nordics. Based in Aarhus, you will manage several customer projects, deliver training, and provide technical support while building a high-performing team.

You will recruit and develop staff, shape solutions with the business development team, travel to customer locations, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience leading software/IT projects using agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Formal responsibility for employees including coaching and development.
• Project management certifications are a plus (PMI/PRINCE2/IPMA/Scrum/ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer projects across the Nordic region.
• Deliver deployments of SitaWare and Iris, including training and technical support.
• Take direct people and line management responsibility including recruitment and development.
• Collaborate with business development to scope solutions and prepare commercial proposals.
