Systematic Aarhus in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a Project & People Manager to lead software deployment, training and technical support for Defence customers across the Nordics. You will manage multiple customer projects, deploy SitaWare and Iris suites, deliver training and provide support for military exercises.

Based in Aarhus, you will recruit, coach and develop your team, shape how we work, and collaborate with business development to expand engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, software or related field.
• Experience leading software or IT projects using agile methods.
• Proven people management experience with coaching, motivation and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer projects across Nordic markets, deploying SitaWare and Iris solutions.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule and quality while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Recruit, develop and retain team members; foster a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with business development to shape solutions, prepare estimates and write proposals.
