Job summary

Nexi is seeking a structured Student Worker to join a Nordic project team, focusing on accelerating and improving partner data and processes. You will work with the Project Lead and stakeholders across Nordic markets, gaining hands-on experience in a cross-functional environment.

The role emphasizes data handling, process improvement, and documenting checks, with a six-month duration and potential extension based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at a university or business school.
• Structured and detail-oriented with data and systems.
• Experience building simple models in Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the review and improvement of existing processes.
• Help create structure and ensure consistency across systems and data.
• Assist with system clean-up and quality checks.
• Perform manual checks where needed.
• Support work related to commission processes and payouts.
• Identify discrepancies, follow up on issues, and help drive them to resolution.
• Prepare analyses, trackers and models to support project decisions.
• Support the Project Lead and stakeholders with ad-hoc project activities.
