Job summary

EIT Urban Mobility in Copenhagen, Denmark, seeks a Communications and Events Manager to lead regional communications and dissemination for Innovation Hub North. You will craft and implement plans aligned with HQ, manage events, and coordinate with partners and media in English and Nordic languages.

You will oversee branding consistency, contribute to campaign materials, and drive stakeholder engagement across local and international partners while supporting the hub’s visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in (digital) marketing, communications or public relations.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver marketing & communications strategies and plans.
• Experience in setting, tracking and reporting on communication and event KPIs.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English and local languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional communications and dissemination activities for Innovation Hub North.
• Define and tailor communication plans to HQ guidelines and local needs.
• Coordinate events and campaigns, manage budgets and suppliers.
• Maintain media relations and create content for various channels (web, social, press).
• Support brand development and partner engagement across the region.
