Job summary

AIG Europe, dansk filial af AIG Europe S.A.,Luxembourg is seeking a seasoned Nordic Claims leader to manage Casualty, FL and PSR across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. You will define strategy, drive improvements, and lead projects aligned with the global commercial claim strategy.

You will sit on the Nordic Claims Leadership team and report to the Nordic Head of Claims, coordinating with underwriting, distribution and fraud to ensure fair, prompt settlements and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing Casualty, FL and PSR insurance products.
• Experience managing across all lines of business.
• Solid leadership experience and interpersonal skills, preferably cross-country.
• Fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) and excellent English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Nordic Claims organization including Casualty, FL and PSR.
• Define the strategy to achieve objectives and oversee key projects aligned with global claim strategy.
• Be part of the Nordic Claims Leadership team and report to the Nordic Head of Claims.
• Collaborate with Underwriters, Distribution, Profit Centre, Regional Office and partners to ensure growth and performance.
• Oversee claims audits, workflow, budgeting and quality management.
