Job summary

IMPACT Extend in Aarhus is seeking a student to join the Strategy & Growth team as an Agentic Marketing Assistant. You will work across CRM, loyalty, and martech, exploring AI-enabled workflows with real client impact.

You will spend about 15 hours per week, with room to grow, gaining hands-on craft and exposure to the industry’s next wave of agentic marketing under experienced consultants.

Qualifications

• Student with some experience in Martech, Marketing, Data or related field.
• Curiosity about AI-driven marketing and eagerness to learn how it’s implemented.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM, loyalty and martech initiatives for clients.
• Map customer journeys and design 1:1 channel flows.
• Assist data collection, segmentation and insights across platforms.
• Help structure agentic workflows and document automation handoffs.
