Copenhagen Optimization is seeking a Marketing Student Assistant to join our Brand & Marketing team in Copenhagen. You will work alongside the Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing Manager and Content Strategist to implement plans across digital channels, events, content and campaigns.
You will gain hands-on experience in international B2B marketing, help maintain website content, support event logistics, and contribute to campaign execution.

We’re looking for a structured and proactive Marketing Student Assistant to join our Brand & Marketing team at Copenhagen Optimization. You’ll work alongside our Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing Manager and Content Strategist, helping us turn plans into action across digital, events, content and campaigns. It’s a hands‑on role with plenty of variety and room to take on more responsibility as you grow.
You are studying marketing, communications, business or a related field , ideally with at least one or two years of your studies remaining. You like creating structure, following things through and seeing a task go from idea to done. You’re dependable, attentive to detail and comfortable taking initiative. We don’t expect you to know everything from day one — what matters is that you’re curious, eager to learn and interested in how marketing works in practice.

Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around your studies, exams and personal life. You’ll join a small marketing team, work closely with experienced colleagues across the business and gain hands‑on experience in international B2B marketing. We’re looking for someone who wants to stay with us for the longer term, become part of the team and gradually take on more responsibility.
