Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Denmark seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the Drive Train Module development for onshore 6–8 MW turbines from concept to market launch. You’ll ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective and meet performance targets, while engaging with a cross‑functional, multicultural team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager in similar R&D projects.
  • International Project Management certification (PMP or IPMA) at C Level or above.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Spanish is an advantage.
  • An engineering degree; Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Join us in shaping the future of renewable energy by leading the development of our Onshore wind turbine Drive Train Module in 6-8MW & NG Platform. You’ll take full ownership of product development from concept to market launch, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet performance targets. Every day, you’ll work closely with a cross‑functional, multicultural team—collaborating across design, manufacturing, procurement, and supplier quality to deliver projects on time and within budget. You’ll balance technical leadership with strategic project management, applying your commercial mindset to drive innovation and a high-performance culture.
