Arla is seeking an experienced product developer to lead the creation of milk-based beverage products at the Innovation Centre in Aarhus, with close collaboration to the Esbjerg production site. You will drive breakthrough formulations and line extensions, coordinating with global marketing, suppliers and Supply Chain to deliver commercially robust products.

Responsabilidades

Develop breakthrough products and line extensions across the milk-based beverages category.
Lead product and process development from concept to launch, including formulation, trials and industrialisation.
Collaborate with commercial, technical and operational teams to ensure timely delivery and feasibility.
Translate consumer opportunities into innovative products with commercial advantage.
Manage timelines, risk assessments and stakeholder updates throughout the development process.
