Job summary

The role requires a master’s in a relevant field, 5+ years in product development, and fluency in English with Danish capability. You will work with global brands and contribute to strategic innovations across the dairy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in food science, dairy technology, beverage technology or a related field.
• Minimum five years of product development experience in beverages.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product and process development projects from concept through trials, validation, and launch.
• Translate technical possibilities into commercially relevant solutions with a hands-on approach.
• Collaborate across commercial, technical and operational functions to ensure timely, compliant products.
• Maintain project plans, timelines and stakeholder updates throughout development.
