DTU Metabolomics Core at DTU Bioengineering seeks a Laboratory Technician to operate and maintain analytical equipment, including HPLC and high‑resolution LC–MS. You will assist researchers, prepare samples, manage lab inventory and ensure safety procedures are followed in a collaborative, international environment.

The role offers a central position within a well‑equipped core facility with opportunities for professional development and interaction with leading DTU groups on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in analytical chemistry/biochemistry or related field.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and optional high-resolution MS (QTOF).
• Familiar with GLP, safety rules and proper documentation.
• Ability to work independently and plan own tasks.
• Good English communication within an international team.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation (HPLC, LC-MS).
• Prepare samples and run data acquisition for internal and external projects.
• Order supplies and manage lab inventory and safety standards.
• Support users and contribute to workflow development.
• Collaborate with researchers and assist students.
