Job summary

Mane Contract Services in Denmark is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to bridge design, installation and commissioning of a major data centre project. You will coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems across design through to site delivery.

You will work with design teams, site operations, QA/QC and commissioning teams to identify issues early and keep the programme moving. The role offers long-term stability and exposure to high-profile European projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an MEP Coordination or MEP Engineering role.
• Experience delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects.
• Strong communication and coordination across multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to interpret and coordinate technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health installation activities across multiple work packages.
• Review drawings, specifications and submittals for buildability and coordination.
• Manage RFIs, design queries and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with CSA, Mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning teams to drive delivery.
• Support QA/QC teams to ensure installations meet project standards.
• Monitor progress, quality and risks, driving issues through to resolution.
• Facilitate communication between design teams, subcontractors and site operations.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues before they impact programme or quality.

Mane Contract Services are currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join a leading international engineering contractor on a major data centre project in Denmark.

The Opportunity:

As an MEP Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between design, installation and commissioning, ensuring design intent is translated into high-quality, compliant and coordinated site delivery.

You'll work closely with design teams, subcontractors, site operations, QA/QC and commissioning teams to identify issues early and keep the project moving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health installation activities across multiple work packages
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals for buildability, compliance and coordination
• Manage RFIs, design queries and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate closely with CSA, Mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning teams
• Support QA/QC teams to ensure installations meet project and industry standards
• Monitor progress, quality and technical risks, driving issues through to resolution
• Facilitate communication between design teams, subcontractors and site operations
• Proactively identify and resolve coordination issues before they impact programme or quality

What We're Looking For:

We're looking to speak with MEP professionals who have experience delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience in an MEP Coordination or MEP Engineering role
• Experience working on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Semiconductor projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within high-spec environments
• Experience with QA/QC, commissioning and construction standards
• Ability to interpret and coordinate technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills across site teams, subcontractors and senior stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
