Job summary

Zoku Copenhagen invites you to join our Meetings & Events internship, offering hands-on event operations and behind‑the‑scenes coordination from February 2027. You’ll experience the full event journey, from inquiry to setup, service, execution and follow‑up, while learning from our M&E Specialist.

You’ll split time between on‑the‑floor guest interactions and admin tasks, supporting guests and clients, and gaining experience across hospitality operations in a vibrant, international team.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in university and need to do a mandatory internship (min. 6 months) as part of your curriculum.
• You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
• You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for Denmark.
• You are available to start in February 2027 and flexible with working days/hours. Working times will vary between morning, mid‑day, and evening.
• You are able to relocate to Copenhagen for the duration of the internship (accommodation is not provided by Zoku).
• You have practical experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• You’ll experience both sides of Meetings & Events. Build your skills both operationally on the floor and behind the scenes, giving you a complete understanding of how an event comes together.
• You’ll see your work come to life. Help prepare an event during your admin days and then experience how those plans translate into the real guest experience.
• You’ll become an M&E all‑rounder. Develop your hosting, coordination, communication and organizational skills while gaining hands‑on experience across hospitality operations.
• You can bring your knowledge into practice. With an "Always Beta" mentality, you’ll be encouraged to share ideas and help us improve the way we work.
