Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and configure hardware, software, and mechanical medical devices across healthcare facilities. The role requires traveling locally, regionally, and nationally with open flexibility Monday through Friday.

The candidate will test and verify installations, review schematics, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and hospital staff to optimize equipment layouts and workflows. Training is provided and compensated.

Qualifications

Upper Secondary Education or higher is required.
English and Danish spoken language is required.
Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required.
Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow required.

Responsibilities

Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
Review of schematics/drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
