Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Engineer or Technicians to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and engineers to implement hardware, software, and mechanical devices, while developing leadership skills and a clear career path.

The role requires 100% travel locally, regionally, and nationally, with open availability Monday through Friday and per-diem, assignment-based scheduling.

Qualifications

• An Upper Secondary Education is Required or higher
• English and Danish spoken language is required
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow required.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, required.
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds required.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; all tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review of schematics / drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid
