Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a MedTech Field Service Engineer/Technician to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems across healthcare facilities. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology.

The position requires 100% travel locally, regionally, and nationally. You must be available Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule; training is provided and paid.

Qualifications

• An Upper Secondary Education is Required or higher.
• English and Danish spoken language is required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, required.
• Position may/will require up-to-date immunizations.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Organize, test, and assemble automated medication dispensing systems.
• Review schematics, drawings, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Ensure work meets quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with team of support staff; manage timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and paid.
