Job summary

Stelfox IT Recruitment is looking for a QA/QC Support Specialist to assist the Quality Manager and QC Lead across planning, coordination, execution and reporting of QA/QC activities through the project lifecycle in a Danish project environment.

You will manage ITPs and quality plans, maintain weld traceability and NDT compliance, and support commissioning, handover and inspections while coordinating with vendors and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of ITPs, quality management systems and commissioning processes.
• Knowledge of welding quality, weld traceability, NDT and inspection methodologies.
• Experience with quality management platforms such as ACC/BIM 360/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans and QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate mechanical inspections, testing, walkdowns, snagging and close-out activities.
• Maintain weld traceability, weld logs, welder qualifications and NDT compliance.
• Ensure mechanical works meet quality standards and inspection requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality reporting and issue tracking using ACC/BIM 360/Power BI.
• Support commissioning, handover and Level 2A/2B inspections, coordinating with project teams and QA stakeholders.
