Orion Group is seeking a Master Data Coordinator for a two-year onshore assignment in Denmark. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Master Data, Material Management, Stock Control or Procurement Support.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or similar industrial environments preferred.
• Expert-level SAP experience within Material Management (MM) module.
• Expert-level MS Excel skills required.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead - Master Data in the Material Master data cleaning programme.
• Coordinate between third party providers, technical teams, stock teams and the WIPRO central referential cell.
• Process Material Request Forms (MRFs) and ensure information is complete before validation.
• Prepare and submit MRFs to the Centralised Master Data Cell / WIPRO and tracking.
• Clean and standardise manufacturer data and descriptions.
• Verify technical material data with engineers and complete long descriptions.
• Remove invalid characters and ensure compliance with data standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for material inspection and verification.
• Interface with MATCON, WIPRO and central functions for master data validation.
• Follow up clarifications and resolve data issues impacting procurement or stock.
• Participate in weekly Procurement Factory / Master Data progress meetings.
• Provide daily progress updates and report KPI progress.
• Maintain documentation and an audit trail for data changes.
