Job summary

Cetec Energy seeks a Master Data Coordinator to support a major Master Data Cleaning Project within the Contracts & Procurement Department. You will ensure accurate, standardized Material Master data in SAP and coordinate across technical teams, warehouse and external providers to maintain high data quality.

The role requires at least 3 years in Master Data or Material Management, strong data discipline, and fluent English and Danish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Master Data, Material Management, Stock Control or Procurement Support.
• Experience from Oil & Gas or a comparable industrial environment preferred.
• Expert SAP skills within the Material Management module.
• Fluent English and good communication skills in Danish.
• Experience handling high volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between technical teams, warehouse, third-party providers and the central Master Data/WIPRO team.
• Processing, quality-checking and following up on Material Request Forms (MRFs).
• Cleaning and standardizing manufacturer and material data.
• Verifying technical material information and resolving missing or inconsistent data.
• Reviewing third-party deliverables before data integration.
• Coordinating physical warehouse inspections and validating data against materials in stock.
• Following up on backlogs, technical clarifications and data quality issues.
• Reporting progress and KPIs to the Project Lead – Master Data.
• Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails for data changes.

We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator to support an exciting Master Data Cleaning Project within the Contracts & Procurement Department.

Your responsibilities

As Master Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, complete and standardized Material Master data in SAP.

Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating between technical teams, warehouse, third-party providers and the central Master Data/WIPRO team
• Processing, quality-checking and following up on Material Request Forms (MRFs)
• Cleaning and standardizing manufacturer and material data
• Verifying technical material information and resolving missing or inconsistent data
• Reviewing third-party deliverables before data integration
• Coordinating physical warehouse inspections and validating data against materials in stock
• Following up on backlogs, technical clarifications and data quality issues

We are looking for someone who has

Excellent attention to detail and a structured, quality-driven approach

Experience handling high volumes of data accurately and efficiently

Expert SAP skills, particularly within the Material Management module

Fluent English and good communication skills in Danish

Experience with Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence is considered an advantage.
