Job summary

Convatec Infusion Care in Søborg, Denmark, is seeking a Student Assistant in Marketing to support promotional materials, digital campaigns, and internal communications while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Business Development.

Your 15-hour weekly role will run for one year, reporting to the Marketing Manager. The position requires a current Bachelor or Master student in Marketing or related fields and a proactive, organized approach with strong English communication.

• Handle contract management.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects.

Position Overview

As a Student Assistant in Marketing at Convatec Infusion Care, you will be working closely with several colleagues across the commercial functions (Sales, Marketing and Business Development).

• Supporting on promotional materials, website, and videos
• Internal communication as Newsletters, awareness campaigns, SharePoint
• Digital marketing in collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialist
• Coordinating medical, regulatory, and legal reviews of promotional materials
• Contract management
• Ad hoc projects

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or Master student in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or similar
• Energetic and proactive individual with a positive, can-do attitude
• Motivated to take on new challenges and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Interest in administrative and commercial/business-related activities
• Comfortable working with different systems and technologies, or eager to learn how to use them
• Ability to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical work environment
• Previous experience in an office environment is considered an advantage
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and spoken)

Working Conditions

Your working week will be about 15 hours, and there will be a great flexibility on our part in planning your time. The contract will initially apply for 1 year, and you must be a student throughout the course of the contract. You will report to the Marketing Manager and the main workplace is in Søborg, Denmark.
