Job summary

Covidence Group in Denmark is seeking a curious Marketing Student Assistant to join our commercial team in Risskov. This hands-on role lets you turn your studies into real-world impact as you work on content, design, digital marketing and practical project tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently studying marketing, communications, multimedia design, business, or a similar field.
• Willingness to learn by doing and gain hands-on experience.
• Strong English writing skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content: banners, icons, presentations and other assets for digital and print use.
• Keep product documentation and datasheets accurate and up to date.
• Manage and update content on the customer portal.
• Maintain the library of marketing and product materials, both digital and physical.
• Help prepare presentations, printed materials, and logistics for exhibitions and events.
• Own smaller projects and take on special tasks as they arise.

At Covidence Group, you’ll get to work on real marketing materials that are used by our customers, sales team and partners. You’ll work closely with our commercial organisation and get an inside look at how marketing supports an international B2B technology business. It’s a varied role where you can combine content, design, digital marketing and practical project work — and where the work you do will be visible and have a real purpose.

What you’ll do

You’ll become part of the commercial team and help make sure our products, materials and marketing presence are always ready to go.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Create visual content: Design banners, icons, presentations and other visual assets for digital and print use.
• Bring products to life: Keep product documentation, datasheets and other materials accurate, clear and up to date.
• Keep our digital presence fresh: Manage and update content on our customer portal.
• Make information easy to find: Maintain our digital and physical library of marketing and product materials.
• Get trade shows ready: Help prepare presentations, printed materials, product information and practical logistics for exhibitions and customer events.
• Take ownership of projects: Pick up smaller projects and special tasks as they arise, with the opportunity to shape how things are done.

This is a hands‑on marketing role designed for someone who wants to learn by doing. You’ll get involved in the practical work behind B2B marketing — creating visual content, preparing marketing materials, supporting trade shows and helping turn ideas into something tangible. It’s a varied role where you’ll gain experience across different areas of marketing rather than focusing on just one.

You’re the right person if you

• Are studying marketing, communications, multimedia design, business, or a similar field
• Are looking for a role where you can put your knowledge into practice and gain hands‑on experience
• Are organised, independent and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage different tasks and priorities
• Have strong, natural English writing skills and feel confident communicating in English
• Enjoy turning information into clear, useful and professional content
• Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Have some experience with content creation or document management – this is an advantage, but not a requirement

Most importantly, you’re curious, willing to learn and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks.

You will work primarily from our office in Risskov. As the role involves close collaboration with the commercial team and hands‑on work with physical materials, being comfortable working on‑site is important.
