Job summary

Vendortell is building an AI-native Contract Performance Management platform and seeks a student marketing assistant to work with the founders on content, campaigns and making Vendortell visible across Europe.

Based in Aarhus with hybrid work arrangements, you will own real projects end-to-end—from LinkedIn content to CMS updates, campaigns and lightweight design tasks—while learning the market and growing into a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently studying marketing, communications or related field.
• Strong written English; Danish is a plus.
• Curious about B2B SaaS, AI, and how category marketing is built.

Responsibilities

• Create content for LinkedIn, articles, glossaries, and sales collateral.
• Update pages in HubSpot CMS and maintain the resources library.
• Plan, execute and measure outbound campaigns and events.
• Perform light design tasks in Figma/Canva for assets.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up production while preserving quality.
• Own personal projects and ship them with guidance.

Help us brand the Contract Performance Management platform of tomorrow.

We are building an AI-native Contract Performance Management platform aiming to become the European leader - and marketing is how we tell that story.

We are looking for a student marketing assistant to work alongside the founders and our marketing bureau on content, campaigns, and everything that makes Vendortell visible to the european market. You will not fetch coffee. You will own real work.

This role is designed to grow. Start part-time alongside your studies, learn the market, sharpen your craft, and step into a full-time role with us when you graduate - if it feels right for both sides.

Come help us build the marketing engine behind a category-defining European SaaS company, working with a modern, AI-first toolset from day one.

What you'll do

• Content production. LinkedIn posts, glossary pages, articles, sales collateral. You draft, we edit, it ships.
• Website work. Update pages in HubSpot CMS, publish new articles, keep the resources library sharp.
• Campaign support. Help plan, execute, and measure outbound campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Design touches. Light visual work in Figma / Canva - LinkedIn cards, one-pagers, event assets.
• AI-first workflows. Use Claude, ChatGPT and our internal skills to move fast without cutting corners on quality.
• Your own projects. Bring an idea, own it, ship it. We will back you.

This isn't a coffee-and-copy-paste role. You'll own real projects end-to-end and see them go live to a real market.

How we imagine you

• Currently studying marketing, communication, business, journalism, or something adjacent
• Strong writer in English - Danish is a plus, not required
• Curious about B2B SaaS, finance, and AI. You want to learn how a category gets built
• Self-driven. You take a brief, run with it, and come back with something we can react to
• Comfortable with modern tools and quick to learn new ones - especially AI
• Honest about what you don't know yet. We hire for trajectory, not finished polish

Bonus if you've done: LinkedIn content, event marketing, HubSpot, basic HTML/CSS, SEO fundamentals, or built something on the side.

Where, when, how

Location Aarhus, hybrid. Office days matter; flex around exams and deadlines.

Hours 3-8 hours/week, flexible around your studies.
