Qualifications

• Currently in the first year of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, branding, design, or related.
• Experience with or flair for graphic work using tools like Adobe, Canva, or PowerPoint.
• Curious, structured, and with an eye for detail and visual quality; takes ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt graphic materials for social media, presentations, and campaigns.
• Daily support for website, lead integration, webshop, and related tasks.
• Support Brand Managers in daily marketing activities and newsletters.
• Update and maintain marketing materials and the content bank.
• Assist with planning and execution of events and campaigns.
• Provide daily support and ad hoc tasks across the company.

At Noscomed, we are looking for a curious and creative student assistant who thrives on variety, gets stuck in, and has an interest in marketing, branding, and graphic material. You will become a central part of everyday life in the marketing team - whether we are developing campaigns, designing materials, planning events, or supporting our Brand Managers in their daily work.

The position and your responsibilities

You will be our creative go-to person and support for the marketing department. This means you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks - from supporting graphic and visual projects to helping with classic marketing tasks and executing campaigns in close collaboration with our Brand Managers.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Creating and adapting graphic material for social media, presentations, and campaigns
• Daily support for the website, lead integration, webshop, etc.
• Support for Brand Managers in daily marketing and brand-building activities, including producing newsletters
• Updating and maintaining marketing materials and the content bank
• Assisting with the planning and execution of events and campaigns
• Daily support and ad hoc tasks across the company

Who are you?

We imagine that you:

• Are at least in your first year of your bachelor's degree - preferably within marketing, communication, branding, design, or similar
• Have experience with or a flair for graphic work (e.g. Adobe, Canva, or PowerPoint)
• Are curious, structured, and have an eye for detail and visual quality
• Enjoy taking responsibility and ownership of your tasks
• Are reliable, positive, and ready to help wherever needed
• May have experience from a similar role - this is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English - German is a plus
